Val d'Orcia

Where the most beautiful wine in the world is born

A unique landscape

Between Val d'Orcia and Monte Amiata

Our vineyards are situated in a spectacular location, right between the mountain side and the valley slope, with a view over some of the most characteristic hamlets of the area: Pienza, Rocca d’Orcia and Bagno Vignoni.

Cultivating the land here means keeping intact that unique landscape that distinguishes Val d’Orcia, a place where nature meets humankind. This special encounter of man and nature has modelled such impressive landscape architecture that the area has been recognized as a Unesco World Heritage site.

Since 2000, thanks to the introduction of the Denomination of Origins Orcia, this area has been recognized as the production area for the Orcia DOC wines.
